So yummy and easy. I was looking for a clean Worcestershire recipe when I found this. I will definitely be making this on a regular basis. I love that I can adjust the ingredients and leave out anything. I am sensitive to. Now that I have tamarind, I will be making samosas and the tamarind chutney to dip them in.. thank you!

Hi! I was wondering if the white vinegar could be substituted with apple cider vinegar 1:1 or would I need to use a different amount? Have you tried it that way before?
