This was so bitter. Maybe just my lemons. I did remove the seeds so that was not the problem.
I will make it again with one lemon. This small amount was overpowered by 2 lemons. Why does the recipe call for 1/2c chicken broth, divided, when you add it only once?

Delicious! I didn’t have shallots, but it was still very good. I’ve tried other piccata sauce recipes and this is the perfect one!
