Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces white chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat the cream over low heat.
  • Once it starts to simmer, whisk in the chocolate, vanilla bean paste and salt until chocolate has melts.
  • Let the sauce cool before using.

Notes

For a thinner sauce, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
