Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons yellow curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, curry powder, lime juice and salt.
  • Cover and chill for about 30 minutes. Stir again before using.
