Pot Sticker Sauce

If you're looking for a soy-based sauce to serve with potstickers, dumplings or eggrolls, this EASY Pot Sticker Sauce is for you!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon scallions green onions, cut diagonally
  • 1 large garlic clove minced or grated
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger minced or grated

Instructions

  • Combine the soy sauce, water, vinegar, scallions, garlic, brown sugar and ginger in a small saucepan, whisking to combine until sugar dissolves.
  • Heat over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and serve.
