Slightly sweet, with a touch of heat, this red curry sauce takes mere minutes to make but is sure to elevate any dish you serve it with.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons light coconut milk
  • 1 heaping tablespoon red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger micrograted

Instructions

  • Combine the 6 ounces plain Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons light coconut milk, 1 heaping tablespoon red curry paste, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 teaspoons honey, grated 2 teaspoons fresh ginger micrograted in a bowl and whisk until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
