- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine the blue cheese, yogurt, cream, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, zesy, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Stir well, smashing some of the blue cheese crumbles up against the side.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors marry.
