Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the blue cheese, yogurt, cream, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, zesy, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Stir well, smashing some of the blue cheese crumbles up against the side.
  • Cover and chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors marry.
