Creamy Chipotle Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt

Instructions

  • Place the yogurt, chipotle peppers in sauce, garlic, lime juice, honey and salt into a small food processor and blend well until combined. The sauce might still have a few small bits, that is ok.
  • Chill until ready to use or use immediately.
