- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
Place the yogurt, chipotle peppers in sauce, garlic, lime juice, honey and salt into a small food processor and blend well until combined. The sauce might still have a few small bits, that is ok.
Chill until ready to use or use immediately.
