Whip up this creamy apple cider vinegar dressing for a tangy, velvety twist on your favorite salads. Made with simple ingredients, it’s the perfect balance of smooth, zesty, and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1//2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the 2/3 mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt and 1//2 teaspoon ground black pepper in a small food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

Storage: You can store this apple cider vinegar dressing in an airtight container or mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Freezing: Unfortunately I do not recommend freezing mayonnaise based sauces or dressings.
