Mango Peach Salsa

Mango Peach Salsa combines juicy fruit with jalapenos, bell peppers, and onions for a salsa with out-of-this-world flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango cubed
  • 2 cups peaches cubed
  • 3/4 cup white or yellow onion diced
  • 1 cup red or yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Combine the mango, peaches, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno and cilantro in a large bowl, toss to combine.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the agave or honey with lime juice and salt. Pour over the salsa and toss.
  • Use on your favorite grilled meat or seafood or as a dip with plantain chips.

Notes

For the mangos and peaches, you can make it using fresh, jarred or frozen. If you choose jarred opt for fruit in juices instead of syrup and make sure it is fully drained. If using frozen, thaw completely before adding.
