Sweet Potato Fry Dipping Sauce

This creamy Sweet Potato Fry Dipping Sauce was specially developed to complement the unique sweet flavor characteristics of the ruby spud!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, mayonnaise, ancho chili powder, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
  • Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Stir again before serving.
