Just when I thought Nutella couldn’t get any tastier, I see this! Was the perfect topping to ice cream after a long hot day; definitely, a new favorite recipe!
I added this to my pancakes this morning and OMG it was amazing!!!
What a great dessert sauce! Will be great with cake or fruit.
This a perfect sauce to go with fresh strawberries! My kids couldn’t get enough. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
Nope. didn’t come out at all. Wisked until glossy again but as it cooled it broke again. And, it wasn’t pourable – it was almost just as thick as the original nutella I started with.
I’m really sorry to hear that Suzanne. Could it have been heated too much? If it is too hot for too long, it will seize. The heat is just to let the milk combine a little without slopping around. It is still supposed to be a fairly thick sauce. More milk would have helped thin it if that is what you were going for.
